Adelaide’s Top Food and Wine Tours is a family owned and operated business by Danny & Innez Blackman. They are both passionate believers of providing small personal and interactive tours.
These tours range from two (2) hours in the case of Adelaide Central Markets, three (3) hours for a Chocolate Tour around Adelaide city or a full day tour to the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, McLaren Vale, Adelaide Hills or Victor Harbor.
Both Danny and Innez are passionate about showing their guest’s South Australia and Adelaide. Places such as The famous Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, Victor Harbor, the Adelaide Hills and now The Clare Valley.

We had such a brilliant day with our intimate little group. Innez guided us but also got to know us and offered options and choices around what we would like to do. This tour was really enjoyable - Danny was a very knowledgeable guide and also good photographer. He showed us places we would never have considered going as well as showing places of interest that we passed. I personally felt that the tour was tailored to our tastes really well.07/07/19

Our first stop, a wine tasting at Chateau Tanunda, was enhanced by the excellent history displayed in the tasting room. Our next stop, Langmeil Winery, was a popular venue for both tourists and locals. Of interest was the preservation and description of original buildings on the property. Tasting beautiful cheeses was next on the agenda at the Barossa Valley Cheese Company. This was followed by a lovely lunch and a glass of wine at the nearby Wanera Wine Bar. Our last stop was Maggie Beer's Farm Shop & Cafe at Nuriootpa for coffee. Along the way Innez provided us with excellent commentary on other places of interest. read less28/04/21 -

We chose this company as it offered small size tours and it didn’t disappoint. From the feedback from the other participants it was enjoyable for all. Lunch was excellent It was one of the best duck meals I have enjoyed. The chosen wineries were friendly, welcoming and had passion and knowledge of their wines with no high pressure sales talk - a really nice change from bigger tours. Hubby and I had a weekend away and booked this for something different. We always do the Barossa and have never gone to Mclaren Vale. Our tour guide Dan C was really great. We got picked up from Glenelg right on time at 9:20 and were joined by 5 other guest. Our group was a great mix of people 4 from QLD (2 seperate couples) and a bloke travelling Australia! Dan was great with all his facts and knowledge on the area and the wineries we visited we can honestly say we didn’t taste a bad wine. Our lunch was STUNNING. Our day started with him giving us an oral history of Adelaide on the trip along with learning about the history of wine production in the Barossa and McLaren Vale. We began at the gorgeous Chateau Tanunda for a tasting, followed by the more quaint Rockford (in a good way, smaller, hands-on operation), a stop for lunch where we were able to have some delicious kangaroo (and more wine of course) plus a visit to the cheese shop while waiting on our table, then on to Tscharke and finally Langmeil to finish our day. We had many delicious tastings and brought back an impressive several bottles of Shiraz to the USA that we look forward to decanting after laying them down for a few years.
I was particularly interested in visiting the Barossa on our trip and my wife, two sons and I were more than satisfied with our visit, Danny was very informative and a wonderful guide, we highly recommend this tour.

I had no idea that McLaren Vale was such a beautiful area with a lot of variety. I would recommend this tour to anyone.
